The way you communicate influences everything from your mortality risk to your heart health, stress levels, disease risk, and more. It also influences your likelihood of experiencing things like divorce, loneliness, and many other relationship issues. However, effective, fulfilling communication is the major driving force behind most of life's achievements: relationships, careers, families, and more. My career has focused on how to improve people's lives based on how they communicate and I've made much of what I've learned freely available on this site as well as my youtube channel (visit here). Do you fear relationships? Or are you clingy and needy when in one? Maybe you avoid relationships and don't feel like you need others. WHAT IS YOUR MYERS-BRIGGS PERSONALITY TYPE?
If you'd like to know your personality based on the Myers-Briggs approach, the site 16personalities.com is a great option. You could also have coworkers, partners, or family members take the test to gain insight into how you are similar or different from other people you tend to spend time with. Knowing similarities and differences between yourself and others can help with things like conflict, understanding another's perspective, and more.
